There are policies about additional people living in the apartment who would need to be added to the lease agreement if they decide to move in with the resident. If it pertains to the amenities, it is a 2 guest limit.
No, we don’t offer price reductions for longer lease terms or pre-paying rent.
A new security deposit is required when transferring to a different community.
Subletting isn’t permitted in our community.
If you need to break your lease, a lease buyout fee will apply.

Our pools and decks are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Yes, parking is available for residents. We also have carports with built-in storage available for rent.
All of our apartments feature a washer/dryer hookup.
Each apartment comes standard with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and a refrigerator with an ice maker.
We don’t offer furnished apartments.
Yes, we’re happy to hold packages at the leasing office for you. Our team will make sure your deliveries are safe until you’re able to pick them up.
Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day.
Our fitness center is equipped with both cardio machines and strength-training equipment.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
Pet Policy

We don’t have bike trails directly on-site, but there are several nearby routes and paths perfect for biking.
There are plenty of nearby stores, grocery options, and shopping centers just minutes from the community. But many of our residents do their shopping online as well.
The nearest coffee shop is Starbucks, conveniently located just in front of the Fairfield Mall, only a short drive or walk from our community.
Maintenance
Before you move in, we thoroughly prepare your apartment by painting, deep cleaning, and professionally cleaning the carpets. Our maintenance team also inspects the unit and will repair or replace any flooring or other items as needed to ensure everything is in great condition for your arrival.
Yes, we have on-site maintenance staff available to quickly address any issues and ensure your apartment and community remain in great condition.
If something in your apartment needs repair, you can either call our leasing office directly or submit an online service request.
Maintenance issues are prioritized to ensure emergencies are handled first. Our team responds promptly once requests are submitted.
Your presence is not required for the service technician to carry out the work.
We can let you into the apartment during business hours. No lock out services are offered in the evenings or on the weekends.
